Brand is hiring Creator to produce the following content for the campaign titled [Campaign Name]:

Deliverables and Timeline
Creator agrees to deliver:

Brand will provide feedback within [Number] business days of receiving each draft. Delays in feedback may shift the final delivery date by the same number of days.
Revisions

Revision requests must stay within the originally agreed brief. Any new concepts, reshoots, additional hooks, extra deliverables, or major creative direction changes will be billed separately at [Rate or Fee Structure] and require written approval before work begins.
Usage Rights
Unless otherwise stated below, Creator retains ownership of all content created under this Agreement.

Any use outside the scope above, including extended usage, paid media beyond the agreed term, or sublicensing to third parties, requires a separate written agreement and additional payment.
Payment Terms
Brand agrees to pay Creator a total fee of [Total Fee] [Currency].
Payment schedule:
Creator may issue the final invoice upon delivery or approval, as agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a fee of [Late Fee or Interest Terms], if permitted by applicable law.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If Brand cancels the project after work has started, any paid deposit is non-refundable and Creator will invoice for all completed work up to the cancellation date.
If Brand requests a schedule change after the brief and timeline are approved, Creator will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new schedule, but cannot guarantee availability without written confirmation.
