Campaign Scope
SPONSORED CONTENT AGREEMENT

Creator agrees to produce and publish the following sponsored content:
Any additional content, story frames, cutdowns, or repost requests not listed above are outside the original scope and require written approval.
Brand Requirements and Approvals
Brand will provide all mandatory campaign requirements in writing, including:

Posting and Reporting

Usage Rights and Exclusivity
Brand may repost the sponsored content on its owned channels for [Term Length], provided Creator is credited where platform functionality allows.
Paid usage, whitelisting, Spark Ads, and third-party licensing are not included unless expressly listed here:
If Brand requires exclusivity, Creator may not partner with direct competitors in the agreed category during the exclusivity term.
Fees and Payment Terms
