Campaign Scope

SPONSORED CONTENT AGREEMENT

Creator agrees to produce and publish the following sponsored content:

Brand Requirements and Approvals

Required tags, links, discount codes, or hashtags
Compliance language, if any

Brand may request up to [Number] round(s) of revisions before posting. Brand must deliver feedback within [Number] business days of receiving the draft. If feedback is delayed, Creator may move the posting date accordingly.

Posting and Reporting

Creator will publish the approved content on the agreed platform(s) by [Posting Date].

Unless otherwise agreed, Creator will keep the sponsored content live for at least [Number] days.

After posting, Creator will provide the following campaign data to Brand within [Number] days:

Creator is not guaranteeing a minimum performance outcome unless explicitly stated in this Agreement.

Usage Rights and Exclusivity

Brand may repost the sponsored content on its owned channels for [Term Length], provided Creator is credited where platform functionality allows.

Paid usage, whitelisting, Spark Ads, and third-party licensing are not included unless expressly listed here:

If Brand requires exclusivity, Creator may not partner with direct competitors in the agreed category during the exclusivity term.
