Retainer Overview
CREATOR RETAINER AGREEMENT
This Agreement is entered into on [Date] between [Creator Name] ("Creator") and [Brand Name] ("Brand").
Brand is retaining Creator on an ongoing basis to provide the following each month:

Monthly Scope and Workflow
At the start of each monthly cycle, Brand will provide a brief or content priorities for the upcoming deliverables.
The monthly retainer includes only the number and type of deliverables listed in this Agreement. Additional videos, reshoots, new campaign concepts, or rush requests are billed separately at [Rate or Fee Structure].
Unused deliverables at the end of a monthly cycle will [Expire / Roll Over / Be handled as agreed in writing].
Revisions and Turnaround
Creator will deliver drafts within [Number] business days of receiving the necessary brief, product, and assets.

Usage Rights and Renewal Terms

Retainer Fee and Payment Schedule
